Course Outline
Behaviour is a form of communication. Children do what works for them—and when we understand the why behind behaviour, we can teach new skills, reduce stress, and create more positive interactions.
The training is grounded in the principles demonstrated in the Road Map to Behaviour Success guiding participants step-by-step through:
• Understanding behavioural principles
• Identifying what behaviours mean
• Learning practical tools to prevent and respond to behaviour
• Building long-term habits that support meaningful change
This course emphasises collaboration, compassion, realistic expectations, and small, achievable steps that lead to long-term success.
